Steve, you have missed the boat on the prices that providers charge...as a provider my self I have government imposed limits on what i can charge. this is done via medicare...the insurance companies the use the medicare formula and pay us only a percentage of their charge 60-80% and that is what we get. Why does coverage costs go up every year and my charges have not increased in over 5 years...Please get your facts straight!
